Our story

BISSOU is designed and created by Chef T. Nadeak. With more than 20 years experience as an Executive Chef at three times James Beard Award winner restaurant in Philadelphia to the second world best five star platinum Private Club in Pennsylvania, he created hundreds of high end menu and hosted a lot of Intimate and Private Chef Dinner events. 

BISSOU is created base from the heart and social lives event surrounding us. We want to bring and teach everybody of caring and support our own community, how important of what food and ingredient we put in our body, and the most important thing is to gather the family and friends at the table and have the quality time, laugh, while enjoying the nice meal together.

BISSOU is based in Pocono PA area, with 9 satellite kitchen spread across from Binghamton NY, Pocono PA, Harrisburg PA, York PA, Scranton PA, Allentown PA, Philadelphia PA and Camden NJ. Working closely with every farmer and venue surrounding the satellite kitchen, we promise and guarantee to bring the freshest ingredient and affordable to our client.

BISSOU is created after the successful of the first brand of catering company, BISSOU Contemporary. With the standardized of every Chef working at BISSOU mandatory of Serve Safe Certified and minimum 10 years experience at fine dining restaurant, we start going full steam to be an event management. All the  Event Planner, Bartender, Staff and Crews, is highly trained and certified, to bring exceptional and highly satisfied services to our client.
